General Purpose Cement

General Purpose (GP) cement is a cost effective, high quality building material and is the go to choice for cement for professionals and trades alike. The level of consistency and versatility of GP cement makes it an ideal choice in virtually all construction and landscaping applications.

Builders Cement

Builders Cement is a cost effective cement option made with a higher quantity of Fly Ash over most general purpose cements. The Fly Ash in builder’s cement adds improved later-age strength, workability and enhances the durability properties of concrete.

Cement vs Concrete

A common question people ask is what is the difference between cement and concrete? The answer is: cement is an ingredient of concrete.

Concrete is a mixture used for building purposes, and it is made by combining cement with water and other aggregates such as sand, gravel or crushed stone.

Cement is a binding agent, typically made from limestone and clay. While cement can be used on its own, it becomes more versatile and durable when mixed with other ingredients and made into concrete.

How do you use cement colour?

Cement colour oxides come in a range of tones to give your project the desired finish and blend in with it’s surrounding materials.

Mix the concrete colouring pigment with water in a small container then add this mixture to your concrete.

To make the colour of your concrete more intense, use more concrete colouring pigment. If you do this, be sure to add some extra water to the pigment mix so it will pour easier.
