Quite often our delivery turnaround can be the same day however our delivery times do ultimately depend on the day of the week, weather, season and existing bookings. We ask that you allow as much time as possible between ordering your landscaping materials and when you need them on site to allow us to get your landscaping supplies loaded and out to you on time. A lot of our landscaping supplies are stored at our yard however there are some products that will come directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. This might add 24-72 hours to your order or, in cases where your items are uniquely manufactured for your landscaping project, it might take 7-10 days to produce your materials. When you call or order in-store our team will calculate delivery on the spot and organise your order from there. When we are loading your bulk order (if requested) our team can call with an (ETA) estimated time of arrival so you know material is not far away. 

If you would like to place an order for bulk landscaping supplies, simply call our team or visit our landscaping yard and we can organise the best time for you. 

If you would like to save on delivery costs our landscaping yard is open 7 days a week and holds many of our landscaping materials including all of our bulk products available to pick up. We can load utes, trailers, trucks etc. or alternatively you can buy your bulk goods by the bucket or bag. Please call in advance to check our current stock availability to ensure you can get everything you need once you arrive. 

Landscaping Delivery Checklist

To ensure your landscaping supplies are delivered on time without any hassles please ensure your delivery site has these requirements: 2.4m – 3m width access for trucks to enter (amount of product ordered determines truck size) and no overhead restrictions for the truck tipper tray to lift.

1. Area for delivery trucks to turn if required
2. A sealed surface or unsealed surface that is unaffected by weather conditions (we cannot deliver to areas where a truck would become stuck or bogged)
3. Someone at the delivery site to direct our drivers to where to place your materials (or you provide very strict instructions for our delivery drivers to know exactly where to leave your materials)

We deliver our nursery plants through Brisbane, Logan and the Gold Coast using our own drivers. Our delivery fee helps us to cover labour, petrol, tolls and the time it takes to get your items to you.
